Job Description

  • Job Role – VMC Machine Operator & ProgrammerOperate and program VMC machines as per production requirements.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
  • Prepare, edit and modify CNC/VMC programs using G-code and M-code.
  • Perform machine setting, tool setting, work offset and tool offset.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, speeds and feeds.
  • Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
  • Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Height Gauge.
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic machine, tooling and programming issues.
  • Achieve production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness, housekeeping and 5S practices.
  • Follow all safety rules, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for smooth production.


  • जॉब रोल – VMC मशीन ऑपरेटर एवं प्रोग्रामरउत्पादन की आवश्यकता के अनुसार VMC मशीन को ऑपरेट और प्रोग्राम करना।
  • इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग, डायमेंशन और टॉलरेंस को पढ़ना एवं समझना।
  • G-code और M-code की सहायता से CNC/VMC प्रोग्राम बनाना, एडिट और मॉडिफाई करना।
  • मशीन सेटिंग, टूल सेटिंग, वर्क ऑफसेट और टूल ऑफसेट करना।
  • जॉब के अनुसार सही कटिंग टूल, इंसर्ट, स्पीड और फीड का चयन करना।
  • फर्स्ट पीस इंस्पेक्शन और समय-समय पर क्वालिटी चेक करना।
  • Vernier Caliper, Micrometer और Height Gauge जैसे मापने वाले उपकरणों का उपयोग करना।
  • मशीन, टूल और प्रोग्रामिंग से संबंधित सामान्य समस्याओं की पहचान कर उन्हें ठीक करना।
  • निर्धारित उत्पादन लक्ष्य को पूरा करना और क्वालिटी बनाए रखना।
  • मशीन की सफाई, हाउसकीपिंग और 5S को बनाए रखना।
  • कंपनी के सुरक्षा नियमों और कार्य निर्देशों का पालन करना।
  • Production और Quality टीम के साथ समन्वय करके सुचारू उत्पादन सुनिश्चित करना।
