🚀 We're Hiring | Academic Counselor (Female)
📍 Location: South Bopal, Ahmedabad
👩 Gender: Female Candidates Only
📌 Vacancies: 02 Positions
Working Hour - 8 am to 5pm & 11am to 8pm
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Attractive Incentives & Performance Bonus
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Academic Counselors to guide students, handle admissions, and build strong relationships with prospective learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and recommend suitable courses
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities
Maintain CRM records and coordinate student onboarding
Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and counseling skills
Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
