• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
• Perform daily bank, cash, UPI, and payment gateway reconciliations.
• Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense vouchers.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments as required.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company accounting policies.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and daily account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or equivalent ERP).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• PreferredExperience in the retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
