Job Description
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments)
- Maintain ledger accounts and perform regular reconciliations
- Prepare and manage GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Maintain invoices and billing records
- Coordinate with auditors for financial audits
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial data
- Use accounting software like Tally, Busy, or ERP systems
