Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with 2–4 years of experience in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance, and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation

Handle GST compliance, return filing, and reconciliation

Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow

Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment entries

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, purchase, production) for financial data

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

Support audit processes (internal and external)

Track expenses and assist in budgeting activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance)

2–4 years of relevant experience in nutraceutical/pharma or manufacturing industry

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation

Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or ERP systems

Good command of MS Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical accounting processes

Familiarity with inventory accounting and costing

Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in pharma industry
