Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting tasks. The candidate will assist in bookkeeping, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain and organize invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
  • Generate MIS reports as required by management.
  • Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.
  • Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare quotation as per their requirement.
