Job DescriptionCompany: Trishul Plastic Machine MFG

Job Position: Back Office Accounts Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

  • Job Responsibilities:Daily accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
  • Purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entry management
  • GST bill checking and invoice preparation
  • Bank statement reconciliation
  • Maintaining cash book and ledger records
  • Handling office documentation and filing work
  • Preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery challans
  • Coordinating with clients and vendors for payment follow-up
  • Managing stock and basic inventory records
  • Assisting senior accountant in monthly reports
  • Required Skills:Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
  • Basic knowledge of GST and accounting
  • MS Excel and computer knowledge required
  • Good communication and office management skills
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented person

B.Com / M.Com / Accounting related course

  • Salary:Salary based on experience and interview performance
