Job Description

         Key Responsibilities

     · Handle overall accounting and bookkeeping activities

· Manage billing, invoices, vouchers and ledger accounts

· Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily transactions

· Handle GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance work

· Prepare MIS reports, financial statements and account reports

· Coordinate with auditors, clients, vendors and internal departments

· Monitor payment follow-up, receivables and payable management

· Ensure proper documentation, filing and record maintenance

· Support finalization of accounts and monthly/yearly closing

· Supervise junior accounts staff and day-to-day accounts operations
