Job Title: Travel Desk Executive – Travel AgencyType:

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Booking Executive to support and streamline our travel operations. The role involves managing bookings, coordinating with suppliers and hotels, maintaining documentation, handling customer service escalations, and ensuring timely delivery of travel services to clients, especially in the corporate segment.

  • Key Responsibilities:Booking & Coordination Handle hotel, flight, transport, and ancillary service bookings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, DMCs, and hotels for confirmations, room allocations, and amendments.
  • Maintain accuracy in travel itineraries and vouchers.
  • Ensure timely sharing of booking confirmations and vouchers with clients.
  • Operations & Documentation Maintain internal databases of bookings, rates, and client preferences.
  • Process vendor invoices and reconcile bookings with payments.
  • Prepare travel itineraries, invoices, and MIS reports.
  • Update hotel/flight tariffs and availability on internal systems.
  • Client & Vendor Communication Coordinate with the sales team for booking requirements and special client requests.
  • Liaise with hotel partners and suppliers for rate negotiations and urgent requirements.
  • Assist in resolving client queries and escalations related to bookings and operational issues.
  • System Management Work with CRM and booking tools to ensure smooth backend workflows.
  • Support data entry and audit processes to maintain clean records.
  • Upload and manage hotel content (images, descriptions, tariffs) on the booking platform.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism / Business Administration / Hospitality or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in travel agency operations (hotel/flight bookings).
  • Strong command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
  • Hotel booking platforms (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualities:Exposure to B2B or corporate travel operations.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
  • Calm under pressure with problem-solving attitude.
