Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Maintain party ledgers and accounting records
  • Track credit days and outstanding payments
  • Coordinate with vendors for payment release
  • Ledger matching and account reconciliation
  • Maintain cheque, CN, DN, and payment records
  • Manage vendor payments as per credit cycle
  • Handle sales, purchase, CN, and DN files
  • Maintain MIS and outstanding reports
  • Coordinate with sales and purchase teams
  • Support daily accounting operations
  • Required Skills:Basic knowledge of Tally and Excel
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Basic GST and billing knowledge
  • Proper record management ability
