Accountant/ Accounts Executive

1-4 Year of experience in bookkeeping (Australian accounting preferred) 

Managing student invoicing and fee collection processes. 

Performing bank reconciliations and matching transactions in Xero. 

Monitoring outstanding payments and following up with students and agents. 

Processing fee extensions and maintaining financial records. 

Preparing monthly commission reports for education agents. 

Maintaining accurate student and financial data in Xcelerate. 

Generating reconciliation, payment, and financial reports. 

Assisting with month-end accounting activities and financial closing procedures. 

Resolving invoice discrepancies and payment allocation issues. 

Coordinating with finance, admissions, and student support teams. 

Prepare BAS Payroll Support  

Detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive with experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, payment reconciliation, commission reporting, and financial record management. Proficient in Xero, aXcelerate, and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain accurate financial data while ensuring timely fee collection and reporting.
