Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end compliance work including ROC filings, income tax matters, and client coordination with minimal supervision.
Income Tax & Accounts
- Filing of ITR for individuals, firms, and companies
- Preparation and filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q)
- Assistance in statutory and tax audits
- Preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
- Handling other income tax form filings as require
ROC Compliance
- Preparation and filing of ROC forms (MCA portal)
- Drafting of resolutions, notices, and other corporate documents
- Handling annual compliance including AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, etc.
Client Handling
- Regular communication with clients for document collection and updates
- Addressing client queries related to compliance and taxation
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CS Inter or equivalent qualification
- 2–3 years of experience in a CA firm or similar setup
- Working knowledge of MCA portal, Income Tax portal, and TRACES
- Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
