Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting in Tally / ERP
  • Handle transport billing, LR entries & invoice checking
  • Manage driver advances, diesel & trip expenses
  • Process vendor payments & follow-up on receivables
  • Perform bank & ledger reconciliation
  • Handle basic GST, TDS & documentation (E-way bill, POD)

Requirements:

  • B.Com / Commerce Graduate
  • 2–5 years experience (transport/logistics preferred)
  • Knowledge of Tally, GST & accounting basics
  • Good accuracy and coordination skills
