Location: Chhani, Padamla, Halol, Bavla, Dhandhuka, Kapadwanj, Petlad


Role Overview:-

The Spare Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the inventory, procurement, and distribution of spare parts to ensure high availability, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong expertise in inventory management and dealership operations, along with leadership skills to guide the parts team effectively.


Core Responsibilities:-

🔹 Inventory Management:-

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Minimize obsolescence and optimize storage utilization.

🔹 Procurement & Vendor Management:-

  • Place orders and manage procurement processes.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.

🔹 Profitability & Reporting:-

  • Analyze sales trends and inventory turnover.
  • Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and present reports on inventory and performance metrics.

🔹 Customer & Internal Service:-

  • Support customers, service departments, and technicians with parts requirements.
  • Provide timely solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline parts availability.

🔹 Logistics & Compliance:-

  • Oversee receiving, shipping, and storage operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Implement efficient logistics practices to reduce delays.

🔹 Team Leadership:-

  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance performance.
  • Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and team productivity.
  • Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:-

  • Proven experience in inventory management and dealership operations.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare actionable reports.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of logistics, compliance, and safety standards.
