Job Description

Billing & Cash Handling

  • Process customer bills and payments accurately.
  • Accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the POS system.
  • Maintain adequate cash float throughout the shift.

Cash Reconciliation

  • Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to management.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in cash handling immediately.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Customer Service

  • Greet customers courteously and assist with billing-related queries.
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding bills, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
