Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to be based at our warehouse in Changodar. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, inventory-related accounting, and coordination with the head office finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries and records in Tally/ERP
  • Handle purchase entries, sales entries, and invoice verification
  • Manage stock/account reconciliation with warehouse inventory
  • Track inward and outward material transactions from an accounting perspective
  • Prepare GRNs, debit/credit notes, and vendor account statements
  • Coordinate with vendors for billing and payment follow-ups
  • Assist in GST compliance, including data preparation for returns
  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial records
  • Maintain petty cash and expense tracking at the warehouse
