Job Description
Job Brief:
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive manage client relations, banking coordination, and backend administration. In this role, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end client communication, coordinating with banking partners, and ensuring meticulous data management and documentation.
The ideal candidate is a graduate with at least 1 year of experience who possesses strong communication skills and a sharp eye for operational details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Banker Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; seamlessly coordinate with bankers and financial institutions to facilitate smooth processing and quick resolutions.
- Telecalling & Marketing: Execute telecalling campaigns to reach out to prospective clients, pitch services, and follow up on warm leads.
- Proper Data Management: Maintain, update, and organize accurate daily sales and operational logs. Ensure all candidate/client databases are kept up to date without errors.
- Documentation & Back Office Support: Complete and verify all paperwork, KYC verification, and administrative documentation required for business transactions.
- Sales Communication: Address incoming client queries, provide updates on ongoing processes, and assist the team in closing requirements efficiently.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Graduation in any stream.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Banking Coordination, Telecalling, or Back Office roles.
- Language Skills: Basic English proficiency with fluency in Hindi and/or Gujarati (as you will be interacting with regional clients and partners).
- Key Skills: Client Coordination, Banking Operations, Proper Data Management, Excel/MS Office, and strong verbal communication.
