Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Student and Parent Counseling:Conduct student counseling sessions to understand academic background, career aspirations, and needs.
- Provide parents counseling to align student goals with family expectations and financial capabilities.
- Course and Destination Selection:Guide students in the selection of suitable countries, universities, and courses based on their profile and market demands.
- Perform a general assessment of countries and courses to provide informed advice.
- Process and Coordination:Coordinate with agents for application and documentation processes.
- Manage coordination for IELTS students regarding their files and progress.
- Sales and Business Development:Actively participate in business development activities to expand the client base.
- Generate references from existing students and clients to drive new business.
- Focus on generating new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:Maintain strong, long-term relationships with students and clients.
- Solve queries and address concerns effectively and promptly.
- Administrative and Reporting:Manage the daily inquiry sheet with accuracy.
- Perform follow-up calls and tele-counseling.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
- Prepare and maintain a performance sheet.
- Complete and submit the Daily Sales Report (DSR).
