Admission Counsellor

The Education Consultant will be responsible for guiding students and parents in making informed decisions about educational programs, courses, and career pathways. The role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored recommendations, and supporting them throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career options, and study pathways

Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses or institutions

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups

Assist students through the admission and enrollment process

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Achieve individual and team targets for student enrollments

Stay updated on industry trends, courses, and educational institutions

Collaborate with internal teams to improve student experience

Required Skills

Proven experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (education sector preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand student needs and provide customized solutions

Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
