🧾 Job Overview:

Bright Holidays is hiring Travel Consultants to sell tour packages and assist customers with visa services. The role includes calling on leads, handling walk-in customers at the store, and guiding clients with travel planning

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Sell domestic and international tour packages (approx. 75% work)

• Assist customers with visa services and documentation (20–25% work)

• Call and follow up on company-provided leads

• Guide and assist walk-in customers in the store

• Explain travel packages, itineraries, and pricing

• Maintain good customer relationships and service quality

• Coordinate bookings and handle travel-related queries

🎓 Eligibility:

• Education: Graduate preferred

• Experience: Experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service preferred

• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Strong customer service focus and sales ability

• Passion for travel and tourism with attention to detail
