Job Description
Job Brief:We are looking for a sharp Purchase Executive to handle sourcing and procurement for our machinery manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Key Responsibilities:Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation: Find reliable vendors for raw materials/machinery parts and negotiate for the best prices and payment terms.
- PO Creation: Process internal purchase requisitions and issue official Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
- Follow-up & Delivery: Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure materials are delivered to the factory on time.
- Bill Verification: Verify vendor invoices against POs and Delivery Challans, and coordinate with the Accounts team for timely payments.
- Market Research: Keep track of market trends, material prices, and alternative suppliers to optimize company costs.
