Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operations team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth internal processes.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain company records, documents, and databases
  • Perform data entry and update MIS reports regularly
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, HR, Operations)
  • Process invoices, orders, and other operational documents
  • Handle email correspondence and internal communication
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
  • Support day-to-day administrative and back-office operations
