Amazon Account Management Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Amazon Expert / Account Manager to handle our Amazon seller account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing listings, managing PPC campaigns, and ensuring the overall health of our Amazon store (FBA/FBM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Management: End-to-end management of the Amazon Seller Central account.
• Product Listing & Optimization: Creating SEO-optimized product listings with high-converting titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and A+ content.
• PPC Campaign Management: Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Amazon PPC ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) to achieve a low ACoS and high ROI.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and creating shipment plans for FBA.
• Competitor & Market Research: Analyzing competitors, tracking price trends, and finding new keyword opportunities.
• Account Health & Support: Resolving issues with Amazon Support (suppressed listings, policy violations, stranding inventory) and maintaining a high account health rating.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience of [Insert Number, e.g., 2+ years] as an Amazon Specialist or Virtual Assistant.
• Deep understanding of Amazon A9/A10 algorithms and SEO best practices.
• Strong expertise in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon PPC management and strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide regular performance reports.
• Problem-solving mindset to handle Amazon cases effectively.
