Gurubhai Equipments is a leading supplier of commercial kitchen equipment, machinery, crockery, utensils, and restaurant solutions across India. We are expanding our Amazon and e-commerce operations and are looking for an experienced candidate to manage our Amazon dispatch and inventory operations.

Position : Amazon Dispatch & Inventory Executive

Job Location : Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday

11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary :

₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month

(Based on experience and practical knowledge)

Experience Required

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Amazon/e-commerce dispatch operations
• Candidate must have worked in a similar role previously
• Experience in Amazon packaging, labeling, stock handling, and dispatch coordination is compulsory

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Dispatch Operations

• Handle daily Amazon order dispatch operations
• Ensure accurate product picking, packing, and shipment preparation
• Print and paste shipment labels correctly
• Coordinate with courier pickup teams
• Ensure timely dispatch of all orders

Packaging & Labeling

• Perform proper packaging as per Amazon standards
• Apply SKU labels, barcode labels, and shipping labels correctly
• Ensure fragile and breakable items are packed safely
• Understand courier-wise packaging requirements

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate stock records for Amazon inventory
• Update inward and outward stock regularly
• Monitor low-stock items and coordinate for replenishment
• Maintain proper organization of inventory and dispatch area

Coordination with Amazon E-Commerce Manager

• Coordinate daily with the Amazon E-Commerce Manager
• Share stock availability and dispatch updates
• Assist in handling replacement orders, return orders, and RTO management
• Support smooth execution of Amazon operations

Return Handling

• Check returned products carefully
• Separate damaged, repairable, and reusable stock
• Maintain proper records of returns and replacements

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central operations
• Experience in packaging and dispatch workflow
• Basic Excel and computer knowledge
• Good coordination and stock management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
