Analyst-II, Sales Finance

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst-II, Sales Finance Analyst to support performance tracking and reporting across markets. This role will focus on KPI collection, validation, and analysis, as well as supporting planning processes such as AOP and MBR. The candidate will work closely with markets and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and provide insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and consolidate KPI data from multiple markets
• Drive performance tracking and planning processes (AOP, MBR)
• Analyze commercial and financial KPIs and provide actionable insights
• Partner with markets to ensure clarity and consistency of KPI inputs
• Challenge assumptions and identify gaps in KPI reporting and performance
• Identify and drive improvements in data quality and reporting processes

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Finance, FP&A, or analytics roles
• Strong Excel skills (data analysis, modelling basics)
• Good understanding of KPI tracking, performance metrics and financial linkage
• Ability to work independently and support junior members of the team
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders across multiple markets
• Exposure to reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus

Fluent English, with the ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
