Architect/Architectural Draftsman

As an Architect:

Lead the design and planning of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Develop and present architectural design proposals.

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and zoning laws.

Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants.

Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress to ensure design fidelity.

As a Draftsman:

Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevations.

Convert conceptual designs into technical CAD drawings.

Create 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other software.

Revise drawings as per feedback from architects, engineers, and clients.

Assist in preparing permit and construction documents.

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Proven experience as an architect and/or architectural draftsman.

Proficiency in drafting software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

💡 Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of 3D rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, etc.).

Experience in [residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.] projects.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Site supervision or construction management experience is a plus.
