Job Description

Arvind Fashions Store

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who can handle daily store operations, lead the team, and ensure a great customer experience.


What You Will Do

  • Handle billing and POS system smoothly
  • Manage the cash counter and daily cash closing
  • Lead and motivate store staff to increase sales
  • Ensure good customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage inventory and stock levels
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented
  • Make sure store targets are achieved


What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of retail experience
  • At least 2 years as a Store Manager
  • Good knowledge of POS and store operations
  • Strong team handling and communication skills
  • Focus on sales and customer satisfaction
  • Languages: Hindi (required), Gujarati (preferred), English (preferred)
