We are a manufacturer of HDPE Pipe Extrusion Machines, PVC Garden Pipe Making Machines, and Plastic Extrusion Machinery. We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Assembly Fitter / Technician for machine assembly and installation work.

• Key Responsibilities
• Mechanical assembly of extrusion machines and related equipment
• Fitting and alignment of gearbox, motor, barrel, screw, die head, and machine parts
• Reading machine drawings and assembly layouts
• Machine testing and trial support
• Maintenance and troubleshooting during assembly
• Use of fitting tools, measuring instruments, drilling, cutting, and welding support
• Coordination with electrical and production departments
• Ensure quality and timely completion of machine assembly
• Machine dispatch preparation and customer site support if required
• Required Skills
• Knowledge of mechanical fitting and machine assembly
• Experience in plastic extrusion machine assembly preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
• Understanding of bearings, shafts, couplings, and alignment
• Basic drawing reading knowledge
• Problem-solving attitude
• Teamwork and discipline
• Qualification
• ITI Fitter / Technician / Mechanical
• Diploma Mechanical preferred
• Experience
• 2+ years preferred
