Assistant Manager - Information Technology
- Support the solution design team by documenting requirements, assisting with design and workflow planning, and participating in design meetings.
- Contribute to Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and help translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. · Maintain project management tools, track progress, and support reporting and adoption efforts for new technologies.
- Oversee application portfolio rationalization and lifecycle management in line with ALM guidelines and COE consultation.
- Support Proof of Concept (POC) exercises and technical feasibility assessments.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during implementation and coordinate with vendors for timely resolution.
- Manage user access, conduct periodic access reviews, and oversee vendor onboarding and escalation matrix updates.
- Coordinate VAPT closure activities with the cybersecurity team and ensure timely patching and upgrades of application servers.
- Manage SMS/DLT portal activities including template registration, modifications, and user training. · Oversee website management tasks such as domain/SSL renewals, and content uploads.
- Ensure the application portfolio is up to date with ongoing changes and maintain compliance with internal standards.
- Support training and communication efforts to promote technology adoption across business units. · Assist in application rollout and new brownfield or greenfield projects as applicable
- Support in managing cloud Infrastructure operations (GCP and Azure). Ensure infra provisioning, maintenance and optimization as per Adani standard and ensure compliance
- Prepare and maintain reports for Section Head Solution Engage & Delivery and CIO to support decision-making.
- Leading digitalization effort for Leadership (CEO and CHMN) MIS at APL. Support to the other team members on all projects, applications and management reporting related tasks and preparation of reports.
- Experience · 3-5 years in application management, PMO, or IT/digital projects. · Exposure to reporting and coordination activities is desirable.
- Expected Qualifications · BE/ B-Tech in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication or MCA
- Age Criteria · 28 to 32 Years.
- General Expectation · Ability to work in dynamic project environments and meet deadlines.
