Job Description

  • Develop new business across automotive, aerospace, metalworking, and related industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Drive Pan-India sales through market expansion, lead generation, and targeted sales campaigns.
  • Provide technical consultation, product demonstrations, and application support for automation components.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver customized customer solutions.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, quotations, negotiations, and account growth.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and customer requirements.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term loyalty.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
