Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Executive (Fresher)

Location: Ahmedabad ( Makarba)

Experience: 0– 4Year

Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams. Freshers with basic computer knowledge and good organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update company databases, records, and documents.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS reports as required.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
  • Process emails and maintain correspondence records.
  • Verify and reconcile data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support administrative and back-office functions on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
  • Required SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Good typing speed and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred QualificationsFreshers are welcome.
  • Experience with data entry, administration, or office coordination (internship/training) will be an advantage.
