Purchase Executive

Job duties and Responsibilities:

v Collect BOM from design department.

v Collect rates with quotation from the vendors.

v Select vendors with lowest rates and delivery time.

v Discuss and confirm with the HOD for the selection of vendors to place PO.

v Generate PO with Stamp.

v Take sign of HOD and send the PO to Vendor.

v Regular follow-ups for on time delivery of PO placed with vendors.

v Make arrangement for transportation of deliveries for Raw material and outsourcing work and operations and transportation of finished Goods.

v Check Quality, Quantity and Accuracy of parts and material when delivered to us.

v Hand over the same to the production engineer with signature on documents.

v Proper filing of purchase bill and delivery challans.

v Make sure to collect hard copy of purchase bills and test certificates with deliveries.

v Cross check purchase bill with PO and fill data accordingly.

v Regularly find new vendors for Raw material, Operations and Outsourcing work from time to time.

v Petti cash management.

v Factory Stock and Inventory management & Pre-planning & Store arrangements.

v Work may require you to travel in India & expenses will be reimbursed as per the company’s travelling rules.

v Any other work assigned by HOD from time to time.

v Daily Procurement work in progress reporting with HOD.

In absence of Production Engineer Responsibilities:

v Present-Absent reporting every day.

Further information about the work:

·        Reporting: You will report to HOD Purchase.

·        Work Hours: Your work will start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (If required you will have to stay for long till the target work is finished).
