Job Summary:A Banking Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for customers visiting the bank branch. The role involves handling customer queries, managing basic banking services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers visiting the branch
• Handle customer inquiries related to bank products and services
• Guide customers for account opening, KYC updates, and documentation
• Manage token system and customer flow at the branch
• Support customers in filling forms and using banking services
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, cashier, sales team)
• Handle basic administrative and front office tasks
• Maintain records of customer visits and queries
• Promote bank products like savings accounts, fixed deposits, etc.
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services
• Customer handling and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
• Presentable personality and positive attitude
• Eligibility Criteria:Graduate in any field (B.Com, BBA preferred)

• Prior experience in banking/customer service is an advantage
• Salary Range:₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
