Purchase Executive

Purchase executive must be familiar with the Medical Device market to identify the best deals and vendors who will favour your business. JOB DESCRIPTION Preparing comparative statements and negotiate with vendors to ensure favourable terms for quality, price and delivery terms • Monitor and manage stock levels • Handle all purchasing duties including liaising with external providers, requests for quotes, order confirmations, delivery. • Work closely with suppliers and Logistics team to coordinate timely delivery of all products purchased. • Actively drive continuous improvement in supplier performance - quality and service. • Working closely with internal departments on a day to day basis. • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required. • Ensure timely delivery of all goods and services as per PO • Prepare weekly report regarding PR, PO, and delivery status. • Maintain vendor database with contact, profile & product details • Purchase of bulk medical disposable parts for manufacturing • Must have good knowledge of regulatory environment working • Alternate vendor development • Strategic thinking ability • Good knowledge of iso 13485 processes, compliance • China exposure (Visits and vendors) • International market knowledge • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in relevant field. • At least 1 Year of purchasing experience in a pharma & medical device field is preferred for this position. • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. • Able to work in fast paced environment with accuracy
