Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Female Back Office Executive to handle daily office operations. This is a pure office job with No Sales Targets and No Tele-calling involved.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Read and understand customer inquiries received via email and provide professional replies.
- Quotations & Offers: Use MS Office (Word/Excel) to prepare product offers and quotations for customers.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain daily work records and perform routine filing of documents.
- General Admin: Handle basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Candidate Requirements:Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email drafting.
- Communication: Should be able to read and write English (for emails) and communicate clearly in Hindi/Gujarati.
- Joining: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
