About the CompanyFlowDo Process Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is a growing industrial automation and process instrumentation company specializing in Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature, and Water Analysis solutions.


  • Job Responsibilities Prepare quotations and proposals for customers
  • Handle email and WhatsApp communication
  • Coordinate with customers and the sales team
  • Maintain customer records and office documents
  • Perform data entry in Excel and ERP/Tally (training will be provided)
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and orders
  • Coordinate with purchase, dispatch, and accounts departments
  • Maintain office files and reports
  • RequirementsGraduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or Any Graduate)
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good typing and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
