Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and follow up with leads.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Maintain customer records and update data in the system.
- Perform data entry and documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Complete daily reports and assigned back-office tasks.
- Eligibility Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
