Job Description

Responsible for managing inventory, coordinating dispatch activities, handling marketplace communications, supporting marketing initiatives, and monitoring customer feedback to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

  • Key Responsibilities Stock Management Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
  • Update stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment and warehouse organization.
  • Courier Dispatch & Follow-upManage order dispatch processes.
  • Coordinate with courier partners for timely deliveries.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Marketplace Coordination Conduct meetings and coordinate activities with e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon India.
  • Handle product listings, account-related queries, and marketplace updates.
  • Monitor sales performance and platform compliance.
  • Daily Reporting Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
  • Track sales, inventory status, dispatch performance, and pending tasks.
  • Maintain accurate operational records.
  • Product Photography CoordinationArrange and manage photography of new stock/products.
  • Share product images with the marketing team for creative development and mockups.
  • Ensure product content is updated and organized.
  • Marketing Team Follow-upCoordinate with the marketing department regarding promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Track progress of creatives, product mockups, and content requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of marketing deliverables.
  • Customer Feedback ManagementCollect, review, and analyze customer feedback.
  • Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
