Job Description
Responsible for managing inventory, coordinating dispatch activities, handling marketplace communications, supporting marketing initiatives, and monitoring customer feedback to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Key Responsibilities Stock Management Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Update stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and warehouse organization.
- Courier Dispatch & Follow-upManage order dispatch processes.
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Marketplace Coordination Conduct meetings and coordinate activities with e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon India.
- Handle product listings, account-related queries, and marketplace updates.
- Monitor sales performance and platform compliance.
- Daily Reporting Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
- Track sales, inventory status, dispatch performance, and pending tasks.
- Maintain accurate operational records.
- Product Photography CoordinationArrange and manage photography of new stock/products.
- Share product images with the marketing team for creative development and mockups.
- Ensure product content is updated and organized.
- Marketing Team Follow-upCoordinate with the marketing department regarding promotional materials and campaigns.
- Track progress of creatives, product mockups, and content requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of marketing deliverables.
- Customer Feedback ManagementCollect, review, and analyze customer feedback.
- Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
