Bakery Staff

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Bakery & Counter Executive who can handle end-to-end bakery operations including puff preparation, customer service, order handling, and billing. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation & Baking

• Prepare and bake puffs as per standard recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Operate ovens and baking equipment safely

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers and take orders politely
• Suggest products and upsell when appropriate
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints

3. Billing & Payment Handling

• Generate bills and handle cash and UPI payments
• Maintain accurate daily sales records
• Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation

4. Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and counter area
• Monitor stock levels and inform for replenishment
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and products

5. Order Management

• Manage walk-in and online orders efficiently
• Coordinate between preparation and serving to ensure timely delivery

Required Skills:

• Basic food preparation knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and billing handling ability
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and hygiene standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• It will be good if prior experience in a bakery, café, or food outlet
• Knowledge of food safety standards
