Job Description
🎯 Role Overview
The Bancassurance role involves selling insurance products through bank partnerships. You work closely with bank staff to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- 📌 Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff
- Generate leads from bank customers
- Promote life/general insurance products to bank clients
- Conduct sales presentations and customer meetings
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Train and motivate bank employees to refer insurance business
- Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance
- Provide after-sales support and customer service
