We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused and result-driven Product Sales Executive to join our retail store team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting the store.
• Understand customer skin and hair concerns and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized consultations.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Educate customers about product ingredients, benefits and usage.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays and inventory organization.
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
• Collect customer information for follow-ups and retention activities.
• Support promotional campaigns, store events and brand activations.
• Coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment and operational tasks.

• Preferred Qualifications1–3 years of experience in retail sales, cosmetics, skincare, beauty stores, salons, pharmacies or wellness brands.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in beauty retail may also apply.
