Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis to join our Chocolate, Pastry, and Bakery team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality production of desserts and baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of chocolates, pastries, cakes, and bakery items
  • Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
  • Support senior chefs (CDP/DCDP) in daily production tasks
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist in plating and finishing of desserts
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Work as a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
