About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiters who can actively market and place candidates in the US job market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle end-to-end bench sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

1 Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) in the US job market

2 Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients

3 Submit candidates to suitable job requirements

4 Follow up with vendors for interview feedback and closures

5 Negotiate rates and finalize deals

6 Maintain daily submission and interview tracking reports

7 Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth process execution

Requirements

1 Bachelor’s degree in any field

2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3 Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

4 Ability to think creatively and strategically

5 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

6 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

1 Knowledge of US IT recruitment or bench sales

2 Understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)

3 Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
