Job Title: Blood Bank Technician

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job DescriptionWe are hiring an experienced Blood Bank Technician with 3–5 years of experience to manage blood collection, component preparation, compatibility testing, storage, and issue of blood and blood components. The candidate should have knowledge of blood bank procedures, quality standards, NABH/NACO guidelines, and blood transfusion practices.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBlood grouping, cross-matching, and compatibility testing
  • Blood component separation and processing
  • Blood collection, screening, storage, and issue
  • Maintain blood bank inventory and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with NABH/NACO guidelines and quality standards
  • Operate and maintain blood bank equipment
  • Handle donor records and transfusion-related documentation
