Branch Head - Business Developer

1.Business Development & Revenue Growth :

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the branch portfolio. Drive branch revenue through client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling of services. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, intermediaries, consultants, and key stakeholders. Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies in line with company objectives. Achieve branch sales targets, revenue targets, and profitability goals.

2. Client Relationship Management :

Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Act as the key point of contact for major business accounts. Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions. Ensure high client satisfaction and timely resolution of escalations.

3. Branch Operations Management :

Oversee the complete functioning of the branch including sales, operations, service delivery, and administration. Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments for efficient execution of services. Monitor operational efficiency and maintain service quality standards. Ensure compliance with internal processes, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

4. Team Leadership & People Management :

Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve performance targets. Set KRAs/KPIs for team members and monitor their performance regularly. Conduct team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations. Build a high-performance and target-driven branch culture.

5. Financial & Performance Monitoring :

Monitor branch profitability, budgets, and expense control. Review MIS, pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards. Ensure achievement of collection and receivable targets where applicable. Drive productivity and operational efficiency across the branch.
