Store Incharge

Location: Vatva - GIDC, Ahmedabad

Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and capability

Experience: Minimum 2 years in purchasing, stores or inventory within manufacturing

Triotex International Private Limited is seeking a practical, organised Purchase & Store Manager to manage material procurement, receipts, storage, issue control and inventory accuracy for apparel and workwear production.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute purchases of fabric, trims, accessories, packing materials, consumables and other production requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotations, coordinate vendor follow-ups and support timely purchase-order execution.
• Coordinate incoming-material receipts, quantity and basic quality checks, documentation and put-away.
• Maintain accurate stock records, bin locations, material issue/return entries and supporting documents in ERPNext.
• Track minimum stock, shortages, ageing, slow-moving items and material availability against production requirements.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve variances with proper records and approvals.
• Coordinate with merchandising, production, quality, accounts and suppliers to avoid delays and ensure traceability.
• Maintain store safety, housekeeping, material identification and FIFO practices where applicable.

Candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant purchase and stores/inventory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of purchase documentation, stock control, GRN/receipt processes and physical verification.
• Comfortable using ERP or inventory software; ERPNext experience will be an advantage.
• Strong follow-up, vendor coordination, record-keeping and team-management skills.
• Apparel, textile, uniform or workwear industry experience will be preferred.
