Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cold calling to potential B2B clients across PAN India (Domestic Market)
- Company will provide the data, no need to arrange your own leads
- Identify, connect, and engage potential clients
- Take follow-ups and build long-term relationships
- Maintain proper records and data
- Generate new leads and work towards sales targets
- Share ideas and contribute to overall sales growth
- Collaborate with internal team for smooth client onboarding
- Work in a non-pressure environment focused on learning and performance
Candidate Preference:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fluent in Hindi and good spoken English
- Basic knowledge of Computer & Excel
- Excellent communication & follow-up skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
