Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1- 3 Years

Phoenix Business Advisory is a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in business migration and global expansion services ssacross countries like the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and UAE, providing end-to-end advisory for international business setup and mobility.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Pitch company services effectively to prospective clients interest
• Generate and manage leads through various channels including databases, references, and
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable business migration solutions
• Conduct outbound calls (including cold calling) to engage potential clients and generate
• Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
• Schedule consultations and meetings for the senior sales team
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales pipeline
• Handle client queries and objections with professionalism
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets
• Ensure a smooth and positive client experience throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding of clients
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and convincing skills (English + Gujarati preferred)
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
• Confidence in cold calling and handling rejections
• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is an advantage
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA/MBA preferred)
• 1 - 3 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development
• Prior internship or exposure to sales/calling roles will be an added advantage
