About the Role
Aivra Health is looking for energetic, confident, and goal-oriented Business Development Executives who are passionate about sales, lead generation, and building client relationships.
As a BDE, you will play a key role in growing the company by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting opportunities into successful partnerships.

What You Will Do Lead Generation Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research
Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Lead Handling & Conversion Connect with qualified leads and understand their requirements
Present Aivra Health services and solutions to potential clients
Conduct follow-ups, meetings, and product/service presentations
Convert interested leads into paying clients
Business Growth Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions
Work closely with marketing and operations teams
We Are Looking For Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Passion for sales, business development, and client interaction
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
