Job Description

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Communicate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.

Maintain customer databases and sales records.

Generate sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports.

Identify potential customers through market research and lead generation.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Schedule client meetings and support sales presentations.

Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables when required.

Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events when required.
